1. About LingoEigo

LingoEigo provides online English communication lessons and activities using Minecraft Education and related online platforms.

Our lessons are designed primarily for children and are supervised or managed by parents or guardians.

 

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for children who are able to participate in Minecraft-based online lessons and communication activities.

A parent or guardian must provide consent before participation.

 

3. Lesson Environment

Lessons may use third-party platforms and services, including:

• Minecraft Education

• Google Meet

• Zoom

• WhatsApp

• Stripe

Users are responsible for preparing a suitable device, internet connection, microphone, and any required software before the lesson.

 

4. Bookings and Payments

Lesson bookings are confirmed after successful payment.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Prices, lesson availability, and lesson structures may change without prior notice.

 

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the lesson may be accepted depending on availability.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson are generally non-refundable.

• No refunds will be provided for missed lessons or no-shows.

• If a lesson cannot be completed due to teacher-related issues, LingoEigo may offer a reschedule or replacement lesson at its discretion.

 

6. Technical Issues

LingoEigo is not responsible for lesson interruptions caused by the user’s internet connection, device issues, software problems, or home environment.

If technical problems occur on the student side, the lesson may still be counted as completed.

 

7. Lesson Conduct and Safety

To help maintain a safe and positive environment for children, users agree not to:

• Harass, insult, bully, or threaten others

• Share inappropriate content

• Attempt to collect private personal information from other participants

• Share external contact information with other children without parental permission

• Disrupt lessons or activities intentionally

LingoEigo reserves the right to remove participants or refuse future participation if behavior is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

 

8. Photos, Videos, and Lesson Content

Screenshots, recordings, or lesson materials may occasionally be created for educational, safety, training, or service improvement purposes.

We will not publicly share identifiable student information without appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.

 

9. Independent Instructors

Some lessons may be conducted by independent instructors working with LingoEigo.

Instructor availability and assignment may change when necessary.

10. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, website content, branding, logos, and educational content provided by LingoEigo remain the property of LingoEigo unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use lesson materials without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

LingoEigo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, technical, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

While we strive to provide a safe and reliable environment, no online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete security.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
