FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
My child is shy. Will they be able to speak?
Absolutely. Many of our students start out shy, but Minecraft naturally encourages communication, and our teachers are trained to support first-time speakers.
What language do teachers use during lessons?
Primarily English.
How long is each lesson?
50 minutes.
Can siblings join one lesson together?
Yes, siblings can join lessons together for an additional fee, depending on the teacher.
Does my child need to be good at English?
No.
We welcome students from beginner to advanced levels. Our teachers adjust their language and support according to each child's level.
How do students join the lesson world?
Students simply sign in to Minecraft Education and enter the join code provided by the teacher.
No server setup is required.
What if my child misses a lesson?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the notice period and circumstances, we may be able to arrange a make-up lesson.
Are lessons one-on-one or group lessons?
Both options are available.
Most students begin with private lessons, but group lessons may also be available depending on age, English level, and scheduling.
What happens during the Discovery Session?

How does Minecraft help children use English naturally?
Minecraft gives children a real reason to communicate. While building, exploring, solving problems, and playing with their teacher, they hear and use English in meaningful situations instead of simply memorizing words and phrases.
